License grant
A completed purchase grants the buyer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal use or within one buyer-owned business. The product is licensed, not sold as intellectual property.
Allowed
- Download and keep a reasonable personal backup.
- Edit templates for your own work or one buyer-owned business.
- Use outputs created from the resource in your own projects, where the listing permits it.
Not allowed
- Resell, sublicense, share, publish or redistribute the original files.
- Upload the files to shared libraries, marketplaces, groups or public repositories.
- Claim authorship of the original resource or remove rights notices.
- Use the resource to create a directly competing template or download product.
Product-specific terms
If a product listing includes a commercial, team, resale or extended license, those specific terms control for that product. Third-party fonts, photos, software or trademarks may carry separate licenses.
Termination
The license ends if its terms are materially violated. The buyer must stop unauthorized use and remove unlawfully shared copies. Contact support before purchase if the intended use is unclear.
