Delivery method
Products are delivered electronically to the email entered during checkout. Delivery may include a secure download link, an attachment where appropriate, or access instructions. No physical shipment is provided.
Payment verification
Delivery starts only after the backend verifies a completed payment with the payment provider. A return page, screenshot, message or browser redirect alone is not proof of payment.
Timing
Automatic delivery is intended to begin shortly after verified payment, but fraud review, email-service delays or provider outages can delay fulfillment. Customers should check spam and confirm that the checkout email was entered correctly.
Missing or failed delivery
Contact flexzonebd@flexzonebd.com from the purchase email with the order reference. After verification, support may resend the same delivery or provide a replacement link. We will not issue a different licensed item merely because an email failed.

Links may expire or have access limits for security. Download and back up your purchase promptly. Link sharing, resale and unauthorized distribution are prohibited unless the product license expressly allows them.
